PUCK OFF TO BULLYING PRESENTS
Your crease.
Your reset.
Goalies do not need to be perfect. They need ways to reset, refocus and stay connected to their team—one puck at a time.

INTERACTIVE TRAINING
Build your goalie game plan
Work through the four stations. Your answers stay on this device. Complete each station and the short final check to unlock your certificate.
BEFORE THE PUCK DROPS
Build a pre-game routine
A routine tells your body, “I know what comes next.” Keep it short enough to use on busy game days.
AFTER A GOAL
The 10-second crease reset
The goal has information—but it does not get the next shot. Reset first. Review later.
A team wins together. A team loses together.
A goal is rarely one player’s whole story. Hockey unfolds through line changes, coverage, turnovers, screens, bounces and saves. Take responsibility for your next action—not blame for an entire game.
WHEN EMOTIONS SPIKE
Turn down frustration
Frustration is a signal, not a penalty. Notice its level, then choose the smallest reset that fits.
What is feeding it?
Choose one to get a goalie-specific response.
FOCUS + SELF-TALK
Bench the inner critic
A thought can be loud without being true. Name the “zombie talk,” then answer with an MVP coach voice.
Fast focus reset
SEE: name one detail on the puck. FEEL: notice your skates on the ice. DO: set your stance for the next play.
FINAL CHECK
Can you protect the next puck?
Choose the best goalie response in each situation.
GOALIE LIBRARY
Open, practise or download
Use these between games—not as one more thing to master during play.
